The successful candidate will be required to participate in the company's Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol testing program. A candidate must hold an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License from an ICAO member state. If the candidate does not possess an ATP, they must meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, specifically without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
This position entails conducting pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment training programs. The individual will develop and prepare training materials that align with client needs and the established curriculum. Furthermore, they will evaluate trainee progress, providing recommendations for qualification or additional training as necessary.
