This aviation professional will actively participate in the company's Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol testing program. The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License from an ICAO member state. Alternatively, candidates not holding an ATP must meet the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64 without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation. This role involves conducting pilot ground and simulator training for clients participating in core, specialty, or enrichment training courses. This professional will develop and prepare training materials that support effective training delivery, aligning with client needs and established curriculum. They will also evaluate and measure trainee progress, recommending individuals for qualification or identifying areas requiring additional training.
