Aviation Training Instructor - Join Our Team!

This exciting opportunity calls for a highly motivated and experienced pilot to join our team as an Aviation Training Instructor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional ground and simulator training to clients seeking core, specialized, or enrichment courses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and effective ground and simulator training sessions for pilots, ensuring comprehension of critical concepts and procedures.
• Develop and refine high-quality training materials that meet the evolving needs of clients and adhere to the established curriculum.
• Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and observation, providing constructive feedback and recommending further training or qualification as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state.
• Pilots without an ATP certificate must fulfill the requirements outlined in 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, specifically without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
• Willingness to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
