Simulator Second-In-Command

FlightSafety International, the world's premier professional aviation training company, seeks a qualified Simulator Second-In-Command (SIC). This individual will maintain currency in assigned programs to serve as a competent SIC for both internal and external customer pilots participating in recurrent, initial, or generic training courses, adhering to established training curricula.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The role involves regular use of hands for manipulating controls and reaching. The employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment may involve proximity to moving mechanical parts, occasional work in high or precarious places, and potential exposure to varying weather conditions, fumes, chemicals, and noise levels.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $47,150 – $79,925, dependent on qualifications, education, skills, experience, and market demands.
