About the Role
FlightSafety International seeks a Ground School Instructor to deliver exceptional aviation ground instruction in accordance with aviation regulations and company principles. This role involves conducting pilot ground training, developing training materials, evaluating trainee progress, and maintaining accurate training records. The position is based at FlightSafety International, a leading global provider of professional aviation training.
Responsibilities

Conduct pilot ground training for clients in core, specialty, or enrichment courses.

Develop and prepare training materials to meet client needs as per the applicable curriculum.

Evaluate and measure trainee progress, recommending qualification or additional training.

Complete accurate training records for each client to support their objective achievement.

Identify client training issues and seek assistance proactively.

Maintain instructor qualifications according to regulatory requirements.
Requirements

Experience in the aviation industry, such as a professional pilot (ATPL theory) or with significant experience in the armed forces, air traffic control, or aeronautical engineering.

Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills, including the ability to teach, active listening, and clear explanation of technical concepts.

Good command of English for conducting training sessions and using appropriate terminology.
