Responsibilities

Conduct pilot ground training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, or enrichment courses.

Develop and prepare comprehensive training materials aligned with client needs and applicable curricula.

Evaluate and track trainee progress, recommending qualification or further training as necessary.

Maintain accurate training records for each client to support their achievement of learning objectives.

Identify and address client training challenges, seeking assistance when required.

Ensure instructor qualifications are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

Professional pilot experience (ATPL theory) or significant aviation industry experience, including roles in armed forces, air traffic control, or aeronautical engineering.

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and teaching skills, including active listening and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and systematically.

Proficiency in English, sufficient to conduct training sessions and communicate using appropriate aviation terminology.
