A First Officer position is available with Flexjet, a global leader in private aviation, based in the United States. This role involves piloting an ultramodern fleet of private aircraft to provide exceptional service to Flexjet aircraft owners during domestic and international flights.
About the Role
Flexjet is seeking customer service-oriented pilots to join its team. The First Officer is functionally responsible to the Pilot-in-Command and performs all assigned duties professionally and efficiently. Key responsibilities include maintaining crew coordination, greeting passengers, conducting briefings, assisting with luggage and seating, and ensuring passenger safety during flights. This role requires adherence to all flight manuals and company regulations, as well as maintaining a current medical certificate.
Requirements

ATP minimums met (written complete and qualified to take the check ride).

3,000 hours total flight time.

Current 1st Class Medical certificate.

Valid Passport.

Ability to obtain a CANPASS permit.

Legal right to work in the United States.

Ability to travel in and out of the US and to all Flexjet service locations.

Must reside near or be willing to reside near an assigned domicile and be able to report to the domicile within two hours regardless of weather conditions.

Working knowledge of FAR Part 135, Part 91 Subpart K, and Part 91.

Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations.

Strong organizational and advanced multi-tasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.

Computer skills for word processing, email, and web-based applications.

Passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphere.

Qualifications

Quality flight time is considered, with special consideration given for military experience, PIC time, turbine experience, and experience in Flexjet's airframes.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in Part 135/91K or corporate aircraft is desirable.
