First Officer - United States
Flexjet, a global leader in private aviation operating an ultramodern fleet, is seeking customer-service driven First Officers to join their team in various domiciles across the United States. This role involves piloting assigned Flexjet aircraft for domestic and international flights, ensuring a safe and premium travel experience for Flexjet Owners.
About the Role

Functionally responsible to the Pilot-in-Command on all flights.

Performs duties as assigned, maintaining a high degree of crew coordination in a professional and efficient manner.

Greets passengers, assists with seating and luggage, and conducts passenger briefings.

Assists with emergency evacuations and adheres to flight manual and handbook responsibilities.

Maintains a current medical certificate and notifies management of any conditions that may impair flight performance.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
ATP minimums met (written complete and qualified to take the check ride).

3,000 hours total time.

Current 1st Class Medical certificate.

Valid Passport.

Ability to obtain a CANPASS permit (Canadian Customs program).

Legal right to work in the United States.

Ability to travel in and out of the US and to all cities/countries served by Flexjet.

Must reside near or be willing to reside near an assigned domicile, able to report to the domicile within two hours regardless of weather.

Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135, Part 91 Subpart K, and Part 91.

Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, & other international flight operations regulations.

Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.

Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, email, and web-based applications.

Passionate attention to detail and ability to work in a team atmosphere.

Well-groomed appearance.
Qualifications

Quality flight time is considered, with special consideration given for military experience, PIC time, turbine time, and experience in Flexjet's airframes.

Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in Part 135/91K or corporate aircraft is desirable.
