A global leader in private aviation is seeking a full-time Cabin Server to provide exceptional in-flight cabin services on its fleet of large cabin private aircraft. This role involves delivering a premium experience to passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey. The position is based in various locations, with a preference for candidates residing near a major metropolitan area and within a 90-mile radius of an approved domicile.
About the Role

Provide an exceptional level of service and comfort to all passengers.

Prepare and present catering and beverage orders.

Ensure passengers and the aircraft are prepared for landing according to procedures.

Greet passengers with courtesy and professionalism.

Maintain cabin cleanliness and organization.

Manage aircraft stock and supplies.

Communicate passenger needs to the Captain.

Attend to owner needs as requested.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

3-5 years of experience in FAR Part 135 operations.

2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-end luxury hospitality environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Legal ability to work in the United States and travel internationally.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for changing business needs.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional and positive attitude.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Ability to sustain physical requirements including bending, lifting moderate weights, and sitting or standing for extended periods.

Availability to work a rotating schedule (e.g., 8 days on / 6 days off, fixed schedule; or 16 days a month, variable schedule).

Knowledge of cuisine and cooking skills.

Reside within a 90-mile radius of an approved domicile.
Qualifications

Previous FACTS Training or equivalent is preferred.

Previous corporate aviation experience is preferred.
