Flexjet | First Officer

Flexjet, a premier private aviation company, is seeking qualified individuals to join their flight crew as First Officers. This role involves operating a variety of business jets for domestic and international travel, based across multiple locations within the United States. The First Officer will support Flexjet owners by ensuring safe, professional, and courteous flight operations.

About the Role

The First Officer will pilot Flexjet aircraft on domestic and international routes, functioning under the command of the Pilot-in-Command. Key responsibilities include ensuring safe flight operations, providing excellent customer service to passengers, maintaining crew coordination, and adhering to all company and regulatory procedures. The role requires a strong commitment to safety and passenger well-being.

Requirements

• Must meet ATP minimums (written exam completed, eligible for check ride)
• Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• Valid Passport
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to obtain a CANPASS permit
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically
• Ability to report to assigned domicile within two hours, irrespective of weather conditions
• Residency near the assigned domicile is expected
• Proficiency in FAR Part 135, Part 91 Subpart K, and Part 91 regulations
• Comprehensive understanding of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Part 135/91K or corporate aircraft operations is desirable
• A Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong organizational skills with advanced multi-tasking capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Competence in standard computer applications including word processing, email, and web-based tools
• A meticulous attention to detail
• A professional and well-groomed appearance
