First Officer - United States

Flexjet, an award-winning organization specializing in high-end private jet travel, is seeking a customer-service-driven Pilot to join its team. As a First Officer, this individual will be an integral part of a flight crew operating an ultramodern fleet of private aircraft, providing Flexjet owners with the finest experience in premium private jet travel.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Second-in-Command to the Pilot-in-Command on all flights, performing all assigned duties.
- Maintain a high degree of crew coordination, executing responsibilities in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Report to the Fleet Chief Pilot regarding duty assignments and training.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers, assisting with seating and luggage storage, conducting safety briefings, and assisting with emergency evacuations as needed.
- Adhere to all duties and responsibilities outlined in the Crew Flight Manual and Flight Deck Handbook.
- Maintain a current medical certificate as required by the Company and promptly notify the Assistant Chief Pilot of any medical condition (physical or mental) that may impair flight performance.
Qualifications:
- Meet ATP minimum requirements (written exam completed and eligible to take the check ride).
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Valid Passport.
- Ability to obtain a CANPASS permit (Canadian Customs program).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant Pilot in Command (PIC) time and turbine experience.
- Experience flying Flexjet airframes.
- Military aviation experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Flight, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Part 135/91K or corporate aircraft operations.
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135, Part 91 Subpart K, and Part 91.
- Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and other international flight operations regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing, email, and web-based applications.
- Passionate attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
Domicile:
Candidates must reside near or be willing to relocate near their assigned domicile. To meet owner requirements, the ability to report to the domicile within two hours, regardless of weather conditions, is essential. Commuting to and from the domicile during scheduled days is at company expense. Pilots are permitted to change their domicile with proper notice. Home basing is available at numerous airports across the United States.
