First Officer Position – Flexjet Helicopters

Responsibilities:
- Functionally responsible to the Captain during all flight operations.
- Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and appearance, representing the company impeccably.
- Actively support the Captain in upholding professional expertise and crew morale.
- Assist the Captain in maintaining crew discipline and professional standards.
- Execute all flight-related duties according to the Company Operations Manual, including procedures, limitations, and performance specifications relevant to the aircraft type.
- Proactively offer advice and assistance to the Captain to ensure safe and efficient flights.
- Promote a culture of open communication and flight safety, actively participating in CRM and reporting discrepancies through appropriate channels.
- Maintain a current medical certificate compliant with company regulations and promptly report any medical condition that may affect flight performance.
- Provide administrative support to the Captain as needed.
- Maintain exceptional crew coordination, consistently exhibiting professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy.
- Report to the Operations Team, Head of Crew Training, and Chief Pilot for duty assignments and training.
- Provide professional and courteous passenger service, including greeting, seating assistance, and luggage handling.
- Conduct passenger briefings as required.
- Perform other duties as required by the business.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid UK ATPL (H) or CAA CPL (H), or equivalent EASA licence acceptable for validation.
- Instrument Rating.
- 500 hours rotary total time.
- Valid UK Class 1 Medical (EASA Class 1 Medical desirable).
- EASA ATPL (H) desirable.
- Multi-Pilot (MP) experience desirable.
- Valid UK passport or right to work in the UK.
- ELP (English Language Proficiency) Rating on EASA Licence – minimum level 5.
- Type rating on S-92, AW139, S76, or AW109.
- Previous commercial or corporate aviation experience desirable.
- Previous military or North Sea experience desirable.
- Legal right to work in the UK and ability to travel within Europe and to all Flexjet Helicopters operational areas.
- Availability to work weekends, nights, shifts, holidays, and overnight trips.
- Successful completion of Line Training is a condition of employment.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
The role involves exposure to various conditions, including moving mechanical parts, wet/humid environments, extreme temperatures, heights, outdoor weather conditions, vibrations, and chemicals (aviation fuels and oils). The noise level is typically high. In addition to the Class 1 Medical certificate requirement, the successful candidate must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving baggage (in excess of 20 kg), conducting pre- and post-flight inspections, assisting with snow removal, and performing aircraft cleaning.
