Finnair is seeking a motivated and talented professional to join the Safety Training team within the Flight Operations department. The Chief Instructor is responsible for ensuring high-quality training in safety, CRM, and first aid. This role involves organizing, coordinating, and supervising training for all crew members, as well as developing training materials for digital learning platforms. The position is based primarily on office work and standard business hours, reporting to the Nominated Person for Crew Training.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to contribute to the management and development of safety training within a hybrid work environment. Compensation is based on the FINTO Collective Labour Agreement (CLA). The role provides the possibility to maintain instructor and flying qualifications.
