The Role:

As a Finnair Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers on all flights. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, creating memorable experiences, and embodying the Finnair brand of Nordic hospitality. Successful candidates will be offered either full-time permanent or full-time fixed-term employment contracts.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Completed secondary education (upper secondary/vocational school)
• Fluency in English (Fluency in Finnish and other languages are highly advantageous)
• Minimum height of 160 cm with the ability to reach 218 cm
• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service
• Good general health, meeting EASA Part Med Cabin Crew and Finnair Regulations
• Normal color vision and hearing, with distant visual acuity of 0.7 or better (with or without corrective lenses)
• Ability to swim 40 meters
• Commitment to covering all visible tattoos and removing all visible piercings (excluding earrings) while in uniform
• Clean criminal record
• Valid EU passport permitting free worldwide travel
• Eligibility to live and work permanently in Finland, with the ability to reach Helsinki Airport within one hour when on standby

Training and Selection:

Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive 6-9 week training program prior to employment. Successful completion of this training is mandatory for employment. Please note that the hiring process includes a pre-employment security clearance, a medical examination, and a drug test.
