The Opportunity

Finnair is actively seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join its prestigious Cabin Crew team as a Flight Attendant. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards of safety and security for all passengers and crew, meticulously adhering to aviation regulations and established company procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, proactively anticipating passenger needs and responding promptly and courteously to all requests and inquiries.
• Perform comprehensive pre-flight checks, cabin preparation, and execute all in-flight duties, including meal and beverage service, and conducting duty-free sales.
• Manage unexpected situations with professionalism and efficiency, including medical emergencies, special assistance requirements, and effective management of disruptive passengers.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the flight deck crew and other cabin crew members to foster a positive, cooperative, and highly efficient working environment.
• Maintain a pristine, inviting, and comfortable cabin environment that consistently reflects Finnair's premium brand standards.
• Accurately complete all required administrative paperwork and reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A profound passion for customer service and a genuine desire to create an exceptional and positive travel experience for all passengers.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Finnish or other Nordic languages is considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural operational environment.
• Proven capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure, effectively handling challenging situations with diplomacy and discretion.
• A strong team player with a flexible and adaptable attitude towards working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the airline, hospitality, or service industry.
• Medically fit to meet the stringent aviation authority requirements for cabin crew, evidenced by a medical examination.
• Ability to swim confidently without assistance.
• Possession of a valid passport with unrestricted travel capabilities to Finnair's global destinations.
• Legal right to live and work in Finland and/or the European Union.
