Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the consistency of Fiji Airways' exceptional service standards on every flight.
- Demonstrate Fijian values of friendliness, hospitality, and care.
- Perform all assigned duties in compliance with standard operating procedures and applicable regulations.
- Ensure the well-being and medical safety of guests, adhering to prescribed health and safety measures.
- Adhere to Fiji Airways' performance and grooming standards.
- Maintain personal proficiency and safety standards in accordance with aviation regulations.
- Ensure conformance with company policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of all service procedures and product standards as required.
- Serve as an exemplary role model and ambassador of Fiji Airways and Fiji.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Fiji School Form 7 (Year 13) pass or equivalent, OR Form 6 (Year 12) pass with one year of hospitality industry experience, OR three years of solid front-line experience in the hospitality industry with a tertiary level certificate.
- Aviation experience is an advantage.
- Highly proficient written and spoken English; fluency in another language is an advantage.
- Ability to swim without the aid of a flotation device.
- Fiji citizenship (a current valid passport is an advantage).
- Must be physically fit and meet all Fiji Airways and Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji medical and health screening requirements.
- Must be able to travel unrestricted to all Fiji Airways international destinations.
- Must not have a criminal record in Fiji or any international jurisdiction.
- Must be a team player and willing to work a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.

- Bula shirt and long trousers with formal shoes (male).
- Sulu Jamba, or blouse and below-the-knee skirt with court shoes (female).
- Valid Fijian passport biodata page (if available).
