Job Title: First Officer
We are seeking highly motivated, safety-driven, and self-disciplined candidates who possess a passion for aviation and a commitment to professional service. The First Officer reports directly to the Manager of Flight Operations and is responsible to the Pilot in Command for the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Pilot in Command in the safe and efficient conduct of all flights in accordance with standard airline practices.

Immediately notify the Pilot in Command of any concerns regarding improper flight handling or potential safety risks.

Facilitate communication by relaying messages or orders to crew members and external agencies as instructed.

Ensure the meticulous use of checklists and the timely completion of all required flight documentation.

Assume command responsibility in the event of the Captain’s incapacitation.

Serve as a deputy to the Captain during their absence.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Valid Fiji Commercial Pilot License (or higher).

Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Multi-Engine Instrument Rating.

Frozen ATPL.

Minimum of 250 hours total flight time, including:
-
100 hours as Pilot in Command.
-
20 hours of Instrument Time (with a minimum of 15 hours of Instrument Flight Time).

5 hours of Night Flight Time.
