Senior Instructional Development Specialist/AOD Training

Federal Express Corporation seeks a highly skilled Senior Instructional Development Specialist to design, develop, and deploy engaging flight training and aircraft maintenance training applications. The individual will work with subject matter experts to establish project parameters, utilizing sound instructional system design principles. This professional will plan, develop, test, implement, and maintain training products within negotiated parameters. They will lead multiple development projects, providing guidance, program quality control, and post-deployment maintenance. The role also includes guiding instructors in using interactive courseware for instructor-led training. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. This is a full-time, regular position based at the Memphis, Tennessee location and is not a remote position.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $5,662.27 and $7,502.51. This range serves as a reasonable estimate for the starting salary across all potential locations and may vary based on experience, market level, pay at the specific location, and other job-related factors. Additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential may be available. The company offers health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement to eligible employees.
