Experience & Certifications:

• Transport Canada ATPL, CAT 1 Medical
• Minimum 1500 hours Total Time
• Minimum 500 hours PIC
• Valid Group 1 Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
  
• Valid Canadian Passport
• Must be able to obtain a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector and child abuse check
  
• Experience flying in Northern Manitoba an asset
  
• Proficiency in the English language - written and spoken required

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for carrying out specific duties in connection with operation of the aircraft.
  
• Communicate with crew members, air-traffic control, and ground crews to coordinate flight activities.
  
• Operate the airplane adhering to flight plans, regulations and procedures.
  
• Follow rules and regulations as set out in Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), Company Operations Manual (COM)
  
• Monitor the in-flight functioning of aircraft systems, fuel consumption and engine operation.
  
• Maintain detailed flight records, detailing routing, fuel consumption, flight times, altitudes flown, etc.
  
• In emergency situations, rescue and evacuate passengers, injured persons etc.
  
• Provide charter passengers with information about the local area and points of interest, and/or give advice on hotels and restaurants.
