Flight Crew International (FCI) is actively recruiting highly experienced and qualified Airbus A320 Captains on behalf of a new confidential client, an airline based in Iceland. This is an exceptional, time-sensitive contract opportunity focused on expanding the client’s scheduled and charter long-haul operations across Europe.
The airline operates a modern fleet of A320 Family aircraft with operational bases established in key European locations, including Poland and Moldova. Immediate online interviews are scheduled for October and November 2025, facilitating prompt start dates for successful candidates.

Minimum Captain Requirements (A320 Type Rated)
The ideal candidate must meet the following flight experience criteria:
- Minimum of 5,000 Total flight hours.
- Minimum of 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50,000 kg.
- Minimum of 3,000 Total hours on Turbojet aircraft.
- Minimum of 1,000 hours as PIC on Turbojet aircraft with an MTOW exceeding 50,000 kg.
- A date of last flight on the A320 within the preceding 12 months is strongly preferred.
General Prerequisites
All candidates must hold the following valid documentation:
- Valid EASA Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Minimum English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5.
- Possession of an EU passport or unrestricted legal right to live and work within the European Union (EU).
Additional Opportunity: TRE / TRI Rating
Candidates possessing valid Type Rating Examiner (TRE) or Type Rating Instructor (TRI) credentials on the A320 Type may be assigned these duties based on the operational requirements of the airline. Requirements include a minimum of 3,000 hours on type and a valid TRE/TRI Rating.
