F AIR Flight School is actively recruiting a dedicated Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI) to join its esteemed team. This pivotal role is integral to the development and delivery of comprehensive aviation theory training for aspiring pilots. Candidates with a passion for aviation education and a proven track record in theoretical instruction are invited to contribute to the advancement of training systems for the next generation of aviators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, organize, and deliver theoretical instruction to students and clients in alignment with approved syllabi, including the creation of new aviation courses.
- Supervise and provide professional development support to all theoretical knowledge instructors, including organizing standardization training.
- Create and maintain unified syllabi and training materials, ensuring compliance with EASA regulations and institutional requirements for all theoretical training.
- Oversee theory training for Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Multi-Pilot License (MPL), and Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) programs, with a focus on maintaining educational quality.
- Develop and manage the flight school's e-learning and e-examination platforms.
- Collaborate with leading aviation experts to continuously enhance educational programs.
- Liaise with the Civil Aviation Authority on relevant matters.
- Prepare and present internal and external reports for both Czech and international clientele, including airlines.
- Foster effective cooperation with instructors and students from the Czech Republic and international locations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possess extensive experience as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI) or within an airline operational environment.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of aviation legislation, procedures, and pertinent EASA regulations.
- Exhibit professional competence to instruct in a minimum of four ATPL subject areas.
- Previous experience as a Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI) within a flight school setting is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with the administration or utilization of e-learning or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is considered a significant asset.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
