F AIR Flight School is seeking a qualified Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI) to join its team. The CTKI will play a crucial role in shaping the training system for future pilots and ensuring the highest standards of theoretical instruction.
Job Description:
The Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor will be responsible for:
- Developing, organizing, and delivering theoretical instruction for students in accordance with applicable syllabi and creating new courses as needed.
- Supervising all theoretical knowledge instructors, organizing standardization training, and supporting their professional development.
- Creating and maintaining unified syllabi and materials for all theoretical instruction, ensuring compliance with EASA regulations and school requirements.
- Managing theoretical training for CPL, MPL, and ATPL courses, including quality assurance processes.
- Developing and managing the school's e-learning and e-exam platforms.
- Collaborating with aviation experts on the ongoing development of educational programs.
- Communicating effectively with the Civil Aviation Authority.
- Preparing internal and external reports for Czech and international clients, including airlines.
- Cooperating with instructors and students from both the Czech Republic and abroad.
Requirements:
Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (TKI) or equivalent experience in an airline environment.
- Thorough knowledge of aviation legislation, procedures, and relevant EASA regulations.
- Qualification to teach at least four ATPL subjects.
- Experience in a CTKI role at a flight school is highly desirable.
- Experience managing or utilizing e-learning/LMS systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- High level of English proficiency, both spoken and written.
