Essential Candidate Requirements
Successful candidates must possess rigorous technical proficiency and meet the following mandatory criteria:
- Total Flight Time: A minimum of 1,500 hours of total flight time is required.
- Multi-Crew Experience: Candidates must demonstrate 1,500 hours of experience acquired specifically within a multi-crew environment.
- Type Rating: A current A320 Type Rating is mandatory.
- License and Authority: Must hold an EASA License with a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrated strong English proficiency (ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 minimum) and the confirmed ability to teach complex aviation concepts in English.
- Visa Requirement: Applicants must have the existing legal right to work; visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
Required Instructor Qualifications
Candidates must qualify via one of the following EASA instructional pathways:
License Combinations
- Valid Type Rating Instructor (TRI) A320 certification, or
- Valid Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) A320 certification, or
- Flight Instructor (FI[A]) combined with either a Multi-Crew Cooperation Instructor (MCCI[A]), a Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI[A]), or a Type Rating Instructor (TRI[A]) qualification, or
- Instrument Rating Instructor (IRI[A]), or a Flight Instructor (FI[A]), or a Type Rating Instructor (TRI[A]) with mandatory Instrument Rating (IR[A])/Multi-Engine (ME)/Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) instructional privileges, coupled with the required 1,500 hours in a multi-crew setting.
