Position Summary
Executive Jet Management is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Cabin Attendant to join a private Part 91 operation for a brand new Global 7500 aircraft. This full-time position is based in Bradley, CT (KBDL) and is integral to a meticulously structured 6-pilot account, complemented by a dedicated Maintenance Technician and two full-time Cabin Attendants. The Cabin Attendant is entrusted with ensuring the welfare of passengers through exceptional cabin safety, unparalleled service, and meticulous attention to detail. This role demands proficiency in abnormal and emergency procedures, as well as comprehensive knowledge of cabin systems and operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Cabin Attendant will perform a broad range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Pre-Flight & Ground Operations:
- Coordinate preflight activities, ensuring proper maintenance status of emergency equipment, impeccable cabin cleanliness, accurate stocking of the aircraft, and precise catering orders.
- Maintain proficiency and currency as a Part 91 or Part 91/135 qualified crewmember.
- Conduct comprehensive emergency and service briefs prior to each flight leg and ensure the cabin is fully secured before taxi.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Operate under the direct responsibility of the assigned Pilot in Command for all duties.
- Strictly comply with all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and ensure passenger adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to the General Operations Manual and all company policies and procedures, including the Travel & Entertainment Policy for Crewmembers.
- Actively contribute to the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program, fulfilling goals for safety, security, and quality, and reporting any recommendations or non-compliance observations through appropriate channels.
- Guest Experience & Cabin Service:
- Provide the highest echelon of customer service to aircraft owners and charter passengers.
- Warmly greet all passengers and accurately confirm passenger manifest details.
- Cultivate a first-class cabin environment by expertly preparing and presenting gourmet meals, attending to the individualized needs of passengers, and maintaining an orderly and pristine cabin throughout all phases of flight.
- Logistics & Maintenance:
- Responsible for the judicious purchase and stocking of all cabin supplies and catering from various purveyors, including bakeries, markets, and restaurants.
- Oversee the proper cleaning and laundering of all cabin linens and serving ware.
- Operate all onboard entertainment systems and equipment, performing basic troubleshooting as required.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following stringent requirements to be considered for this exclusive opportunity:
- Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable Corporate Cabin Attendant experience. Commercial flight attendant experience is not considered equivalent.
- Must reside within a two-hour drive of Bradley International Airport (KBDL) in Connecticut. This is not a commutable position.
- Extensive experience flying internationally is essential, as this account will operate to international destinations approximately 70% of the time.
- Demonstrated experience in provisioning and shopping for food to be prepared onboard, coupled with elevated culinary expertise.
- Currently fully trained and proficient with Flight Safety or Aircare FACTS Training, including Emergency and First Aid Training, prior to application.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAOs)
- Exceptional customer service skills are required; experience in fine dining and culinary meal planning is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work irregular and long hours consistent with flight schedules.
- Must successfully meet and complete the EJM Cabin Attendant Training Program upon hire.
- Certified to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and proficient in the usage of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Thorough proficiency with all aircraft emergency equipment and comprehensive knowledge of emergency procedures.
- Deep knowledge of safe food handling procedures.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot onboard entertainment systems and equipment.
- Preference will be given to local candidates with substantial long-range aircraft experience.

Base Salary Range (Large/Heavy/Premium Cabin)
$110,000 - $130,000 annually
