Float Pilot Second in Command - CL350

Executive Jet Management is actively seeking a Float Second in Command for its CL350 operations based in Columbus, Ohio. This position involves a rotating schedule and encompasses safe and efficient flight operations, cabin safety and service, aircraft systems proficiency, regulatory adherence, safety management reporting, post-flight aircraft care, catering coordination, schedule management, and accurate flight and duty-time reporting.

About the Role

• Serve as Second in Command on the CL350 aircraft.
• Ensure safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with all regulations and company policies.
• Prioritize passenger welfare through cabin safety and service.
• Maintain proficiency in aircraft systems, abnormal, and emergency procedures.
• Contribute to the company's Safety Management System by reporting recommendations and non-compliance.
• Coordinate catering and cabin requirements.
• Manage flight and duty times accurately.

Requirements

• Possess an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
• Accrue 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Accumulate a minimum of 2,500 hours total flight time.
• Include at least 500 hours of multi-engine land time.
• Possess a minimum of 500 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
• Hold a minimum of 150 hours of instrument time.
• Achieve at least 100 hours of turbine-engine time.
• Log a minimum of 50 hours in type (CL350).
• Maintain a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• Exhibit proactive decision-making abilities.
• Show adaptability and a collaborative approach.
• Provide excellent customer service in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
• ATP Restricted and ATP Unrestricted licenses are relevant.
• The company will sponsor an FAA type rating for the applicable fleet type.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a CL350 type rating.
• Experience on aircraft of similar size is advantageous.
