Responsibilities:
The First Officer is responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for NetJets Owners and passengers. Duties include:
- Operating the aircraft safely from taxi to takeoff and landing, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual, Aircraft Operating Manual, and Standard Operating Practices.
- Greeting Owners/passengers, providing pre-flight briefings, verifying itineraries, and offering weather updates and safety information.
- Delivering exceptional in-flight service, including the responsible handling of alcohol and catering services.
- Loading and stowing baggage securely on the aircraft.
- Handling flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke, as required.
- Acting as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidance.
- Serving as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets, from arrival at the FBO to safe landing at their final destination.
- Communicating maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to NetJets via the aircraft Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
- Completing all necessary paperwork associated with maintenance issues.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
- First Class Medical Certificate.
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating (IAW 61.160).
- Minimum 21 years of age.
Flight time requirements:
- 1,500 hours total flight time experience or
- 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate or
- 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or
- 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate
- 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm) flight time.
- 250 hours fixed-wing PIC.
- 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.
- 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time).
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport with unrestricted international travel capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
- Ability to work varying hours, including day and night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.
- Ability to manage rest effectively for flight duty preparedness.
- Ability to secure necessary airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
- Successful completion of Transportation Security Administration background screening.
- Valid State driver's license.
- Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
- Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.
- Ability to make quick, accurate decisions with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
- Ability to work around animals and conduct flights for Owners who smoke.

Base Salary Range: $86,015 - $117,706
