Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
- Greet Owners/passengers pre-flight, provide introductions and briefings on flight specifics, verify itineraries, provide weather updates and safety briefings, and communicate any itinerary changes.
- Provide in-flight service, including handling alcohol and serving catering.
- Load and properly stow baggage on the aircraft.
- Handle and conduct flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
- Act as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidance.
- Serve as a liaison for Owners/passengers and NetJets, from arrival at the FBO to safe landing and departure at the final destination.
- Communicate maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to NetJets via the aircraft Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
- Complete all necessary paperwork associated with maintenance issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification required.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate required.
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating (IAW 61.160).
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- 1,500 hours total flight time, or
- 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate, or
- 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification, or
- 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
- 200 hours cross-country flight time.
- 250 hours fixed-wing PIC time.
- 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.
- 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time).
- ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training.
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
- Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Extreme flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.
- Ability to manage rest and be prepared for flight duty at all times.
- Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
- Ability to pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening.
- Valid State driver's license.
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak, and understand).
- Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions with attention to detail.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
- Ability to work around animals and conduct flights for Owners who smoke.

Base Salary Range: $86,015 - $117,706
