As a NetJets pilot, the First Officer is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while providing exceptional service to NetJets Owners and passengers. The First Officer represents NetJets, delivering technically accurate, safe transportation and an outstanding service experience. They will operate within the largest and most diverse private jet fleet, flying prominent individuals to destinations worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safe operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual, Aircraft Operating Manual, and Standard Operating Practices.
- Greeting Owners/passengers pre-flight, providing introductions, briefing them on the flight, verifying itineraries, providing weather updates and safety briefings, and explaining itinerary changes.
- Delivering in-flight service, including the handling of alcohol and catering service.
- Loading and stowing baggage properly.
- Handling flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
- Acting as the final authority on the aircraft regarding all operational areas, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Serving as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO until safe arrival at their final destination.
- Communicating maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to NetJets via the aircraft Maintenance Control Center (MCC) Controller.
- Completing paperwork associated with maintenance issues.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certification.
- First Class Medical Certificate.
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating (IAW 61.160).
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- 1,500 hours total flight time, or 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate, or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification, or 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
- 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm) flight time.
- 250 hours fixed-wing PIC.
- 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.
- 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time).
- ATP written completed prior to start of Indoctrination Training.
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
- Ability to work varying hours, including day and night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.
- Ability to manage rest effectively to be prepared for flight duty.
- Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
- Valid State driver's license.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially under pressure.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
- Ability to work around animals and conduct flights for Owners who smoke.

Base Salary Range:
$86,015 - $117,706
