Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual, Aircraft Operating Manual, and Standard Operating Practices.
- Greet Owners/passengers pre-flight, provide introductions, brief them on flight specifics, verify itineraries, provide weather updates and safety briefings, and explain any itinerary changes.
- Deliver in-flight service as needed, including handling alcohol and serving catering.
- Load and properly stow baggage on the aircraft.
- Conduct flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke, as required.
- Act as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidance.
- Serve as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO until safe landing and departure at the final destination.
- Communicate maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
- Complete all necessary paperwork associated with maintenance issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written exam completion.
- First Class Medical Certificate.
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Flight time requirements:
- 1,500 hours total flight time experience; or
- 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate; or
- 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification; or
- 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
- 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm) flight time.
- 250 hours fixed-wing PIC.
- 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with ≥45 night takeoffs and landings.
- 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excludes simulator time).
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport with unrestricted international travel capabilities.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
- Ability to work varying hours, including day and night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to rapid changes.
- Ability to manage rest effectively to remain prepared for flight duty.
- Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
- Successful completion of Transportation Security Administration required background screening.
- Valid State driver's license.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
- Service-oriented with a neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly under pressure.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions with attention to detail.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
- Comfort working around animals, including handling and care.
- Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke.

Base Salary Range: $86,015 - $117,706
