Responsibilities:
The First Officer plays a crucial role in delivering a superior air transportation experience, prioritizing safety and exceeding expectations. Key responsibilities include:
- Flight Operations: Safely operate the aircraft from taxi to landing, adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets FOM/AOM, and SOPs.
- Passenger Service: Welcome Owners/passengers, provide pre-flight briefings, handle in-flight service requirements, including catering and alcohol service, load and secure baggage, and accommodate passengers with pets or smoking preferences.
- Aircraft Maintenance: Communicate any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to NetJets MCC Controller.
- Liaison: Act as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets, ensuring a smooth journey from FBO arrival to departure.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma.
- Certifications and Licenses: Written FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate, First Class Medical Certificate.
- Experience: Not Specified.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other (KSAOs):
- Meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating.
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Total flight time experience of at least 1,500 hours, or equivalent hours with appropriate certifications.
- Minimum 200 hours cross-country flight time.
- Minimum 250 hours fixed-wing PIC.
- 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with at least 45 night takeoffs and landings.
- 75 hours of instrument time.
- ATP written exam completed prior to indoctrination training.
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport with international travel authorization.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including day and night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to manage rest for flight duty.
- Ability to handle long duty days and overnight stays.
- Ability to obtain airport authority and US Customs security badges.
- Pass Transportation Security Administration required background screening.
- Valid State driver's license.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong service orientation and ability to interact effectively with passengers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
- Ability to work around animals.
- Ability to conduct flights for Owners who smoke.
Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $69,932 - $95,696

Additional Compensation:
Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for overtime pay, shift differential pay, quarterly bonuses, and/or annual discretionary bonuses.
