Executive Jet Management (EJM), a Berkshire Hathaway company and subsidiary of NetJets, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) for a Falcon 8X based at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). This position is part of a three-pilot team operating under Part 91 regulations and supported by a dedicated maintenance technician. EJM, a pioneer in aircraft management and global jet charter services since 1977, is committed to safety, service, and integrity.
The PIC holds ultimate responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft. This includes adherence to all company and regulatory requirements while consistently delivering an exceptional passenger experience.
Safe Flight Operation: Ensure crew assignments and trip planning comply with all regulations; conduct thorough flight planning, including performance calculations and weight and balance; utilize Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology for pre-flight briefings and risk mitigation; adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); act as the Grounds and In-Flight Security Coordinator; conduct pre-flight aircraft inspections, documenting any discrepancies per SOP; oversee ground servicing (fueling, oil, oxygen); conduct comprehensive passenger briefings, accommodating special needs; employ Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) for effective communication.
Exceptional Service Delivery: Provide superior service to owners and passengers, proactively identifying and resolving service issues; collaborate with crew and internal partners for consistent service excellence; effectively manage conflicts and challenges.
Proficiency and Compliance: Maintain all necessary training and currency; comply fully with the company Safety Management System (SMS), reporting all safety concerns through established channels.

Prior corporate/business aviation experience preferred.
FAA Type Rating for the Falcon 8X.

Minimum Flight Time Requirements:
Total flight time: 3500 hours
Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
Pilot in Command (PIC): 2000 hours
PIC MEL: 500 hours
Instrument: 300 hours
Jet: 500 hours
