Position Overview: Cabin Attendant, Global 7500

Executive Jet Management is actively seeking a highly qualified and experienced Cabin Attendant to join its esteemed team. This pivotal role will be dedicated to a brand-new Global 7500 aircraft, operating under Part 91 regulations and based at Bradley International Airport (KBDL) in E. Granby, Connecticut. The Cabin Attendant is entrusted with the comprehensive welfare of passengers, ensuring excellence in all aspects of cabin safety and service. A strong command of abnormal and emergency procedures, coupled with proficiency in cabin systems and operations, is essential.

This exceptional opportunity supports a six-pilot crew account, complemented by a dedicated Maintenance Technician and two full-time Cabin Attendants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-flight activities, including ensuring the proper maintenance status of emergency equipment, impeccable cabin cleanliness, comprehensive aircraft stocking, and precise catering order execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of responsibility to the assigned Pilot in Command for all duties related to the scheduled trip.
  • Strictly adhere to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and ensure passenger compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain continuous proficiency and currency as a Part 91 qualified crewmember.
  • Conduct thorough emergency and service briefings prior to each flight leg and meticulously secure the cabin prior to taxi.
  • Comply with the General Operations Manual, company policies, and procedures, including the Travel & Entertainment Policy for Crewmembers.
  • Deliver an unparalleled level of customer service to aircraft owners and charter passengers.
  • Warmly greet all passengers and verify the accuracy of the passenger manifest.
  • Cultivate a first-class environment by expertly preparing gourmet meals, proactively attending to passenger needs, and maintaining an impeccably organized cabin.
  • Uphold the company's unwavering commitment to safety, security, and quality through consistent adherence to the Safety Management System (SMS) program and by actively reporting any safety, security, or quality recommendations or observed non-compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of dedicated corporate Cabin Attendant experience is mandatory. Commercial flight attendant experience is not considered equivalent.
  • Candidates must reside within a two-hour driving radius of Bradley International Airport (BDL). This position is not commutable.
  • Extensive experience in international flight operations is essential, as this account is projected to engage in international destinations approximately 70% of the time.
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing and selecting premium food items for onboard preparation is required. Elevated culinary expertise is a prerequisite.
  • Must possess current and complete training, including Emergency and First Aid training, from an accredited institution such as Flight Safety or Aircare FACTS.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A demonstrated willingness to work irregular and extended hours in accordance with dynamic flight schedules.
  • Must successfully complete the EJM Cabin Attendant Training Program.
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and proficiency in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) are required.
  • Proficiency with all aircraft emergency equipment and a comprehensive understanding of emergency procedures.
  • Knowledge of safe food handling procedures.
  • Expertise in the proper cleaning and laundering of all cabin linens and serving ware.
  • Ability to operate all onboard entertainment systems and equipment, including performing basic troubleshooting.
  • Responsibility for the purchase and stocking of cabin supplies and catering from esteemed bakeries, markets, and restaurants.
  • Preference will be given to local candidates with long-range aircraft experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 (for Large/Heavy/Premium Cabin Size)
