Executive Jet Management (EJM), a subsidiary of NetJets and a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking qualified Cabin Attendant candidates for a Praetor 600 aircraft. This position is based in Wilmington, DE (KILG). The Cabin Attendant is responsible for all aspects of cabin safety and passenger welfare, ensuring a high level of service in accordance with Federal Air Regulations (FARs), company policies, and the Safety Management System (SMS) program. This is a dedicated, non-commutable position requiring the successful candidate to reside within a two-hour drive of ILG, with relocation assistance potentially available.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preflight activities, including checking emergency equipment, cabin cleanliness, aircraft stocking, and catering orders.
  • Ensure passenger compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proficiency and currency as a qualified crewmember for Part 91 and Part 135 operations.
  • Conduct emergency and service briefs prior to each flight leg and secure the cabin before taxi.
  • Comply with the General Operations Manual, company policies, and procedures.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to owners and charter passengers.
  • Greet passengers, verify manifests, prepare meals, attend to passenger needs, and maintain an orderly cabin.
  • Ensure the company's goals for safety, security, and quality are met through adherence to the SMS program and reporting of any non-compliance or recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Completed Cabin Attendant training with Aircare FACTS or Flight Safety International within the past year.
  • Current certification for CPR/AED.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Fine dining and culinary meal planning experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work irregular and long hours according to flight schedules.
  • Must meet and successfully complete the EJM Cabin Attendant Training Program.
  • Proficient with all aircraft emergency equipment and knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Knowledgeable with safe food handling procedures.
  • Proficient in the proper cleaning and laundering of all cabin linens and serving ware.
  • Ability to operate all onboard entertainment systems and equipment, including performing basic troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for the purchase and stocking of cabin supplies and catering.
  • Preference will be given to local candidates with Corporate Cabin Attendant experience.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $150,000 (Cabin Size: SuperMid/Premium)
