Pilot in Command - Citation XLS
Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command for a Citation XLS aircraft based in Bridgeport, CT (BDR). This position supports a family with a tenured history of aircraft ownership. The operation involves 300–400 flight hours annually, including up to 150 hours under Part 91 and up to 250 hours under Part 135. The flight footprint is primarily domestic with occasional international travel.
As part of a three-pilot rotation, the Pilot in Command will ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, service-oriented, and detail-focused.

Qualifications and Requirements

FAA Type Rating in applicable fleet: CE560 required.

Prior experience in corporate or business aviation is preferred.

Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position.

Candidates must be local to KBDR or willing to relocate to the area.
Minimum Flight Time Requirements

Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours

Pilot in Command (PIC): 2,000 hours

Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 1,500 hours
