Aviation Professional - Flight Operations
Position Overview
An esteemed aviation organization seeks a dedicated and experienced Aviation Professional to contribute to its flight operations department. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of flights while adhering to the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for meticulous flight planning, comprehensive trip assignments, and proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures all crewing and trip assignments rigorously comply with both company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Completes all necessary flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance tasks for each flight assignment with precision.
- Employs the Threats, Plans and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to effectively lead required briefings and actively mitigate operational risks.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 3500 total flight hours.
- A minimum of 1500 multi-engine land (MEL) flight hours.
- A minimum of 2000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours.
- A minimum of 500 Pilot in Command Multi-Engine Land (PIC MEL) hours.
