Aviation Operations Specialist
This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of aviation regulations and procedures, and a commitment to safety and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of flight crews, ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee crew assignments and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
- Conduct comprehensive flight planning, including performance calculations, weight and balance assessments, and operational risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead pre-flight briefings using the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology to ensure a safe and effective flight operation.
Qualifications:
- Total Flight Time: Minimum 3,500 hours.
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Experience: Minimum 1,500 hours.
- Pilot in Command (PIC) Experience: Minimum 2,000 hours.
- PIC MEL Experience: Minimum 500 hours.
This role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in aviation software and systems is essential.
