Challenger CL300 First Officer Position - Executive Jet Management

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a highly qualified First Officer to join its flight operations team. This position will be based at Midway International Airport (MDW) in Chicago, Illinois, and will involve operating a Challenger CL300 aircraft.

This is a two-pilot operation, supported by a dedicated Maintenance Technician. The flight schedule primarily involves domestic travel with occasional international trips to the Caribbean and Mexico. The annual flight hours average approximately 250, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

This position emphasizes quality of life for its crew. Dedicated days off are scheduled each month, and trips are planned in advance. The company frequently approves travel home during multi-day layovers.

**This position is not commutable and requires candidates to reside within driving distance of Midway Airport.**

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Prior experience in corporate/business aviation is required.
• FAA Type Rating in CL300 is strongly preferred.
• International experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.

Minimum Time Requirements:

• Total Flight Time: 3500 hours
• Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
• Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
• PIC MEL: 500 hours
• Instrument: 300 hours
• Jet: 500 hours
