Eurowings Cabin Crew Member - Prague (PRG)

Eurowings extends an invitation to service-oriented individuals to embark on an exciting career as a Cabin Crew Member in Prague (PRG). This role offers a unique "Wings Pattern" working model, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance. Crew members will spend a minimum of 9 consecutive days each month in their home country, followed by a maximum of 21 consecutive days of duty abroad, exploring various destinations at no personal expense. This innovative scheduling provides most crew members with 10 consecutive days off per rotation, fostering both professional fulfillment and personal enrichment.

Responsibilities:

The Cabin Crew Member will be pivotal in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere onboard, ensuring each passenger enjoys a pleasant journey and departs with a lasting positive impression. Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in pre-flight briefings to stay informed of essential flight details.
  • Conducting thorough security checks and cabin preparation prior to boarding.
  • Welcoming passengers aboard and providing assistance as needed.
  • Collaborating with fellow crew members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Driving on-board sales to elevate the overall flight experience.
  • Representing Eurowings with enthusiasm and optimism, embodying its core values.
  • Effectively managing stressful situations and resolving challenges with professionalism.

Candidate Requirements:

Prospective candidates should possess a strong desire to work with people and thrive in an environment above the clouds. The following qualifications are essential:

  • Minimum height of 1.60 meters and at least 18 years of age.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • General Certificate of Secondary Education or equivalent, or completion of compulsory secondary schooling combined with experience in aviation or gastronomy.
  • Unrestricted valid passport and, for non-EU citizens, a valid residence and work permit.
  • Good physical health and visual acuity, verified through a positive aeromedical examination adhering to EASA standards.
  • Successful completion of a negative drug screening, to be conducted during the onboarding process after a successful application.
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently swim 100 meters non-stop.
  • Possession of an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and prior flight experience is highly advantageous.
  • A well-groomed appearance, coupled with a confident and professional demeanor.
