Cabin Crew Member (m/f/diverse) - Prague (PRG)

A leading European airline is seeking service-oriented Cabin Crew Members to be based in Prague (PRG). This role offers an innovative "Wings Pattern" working model, allowing individuals to reside in their home country for a minimum of nine consecutive days each month. The remaining time is spent abroad, experiencing diverse destinations while on duty. A maximum of 21 consecutive duty days is scheduled, followed by at least nine consecutive days off each rotation, with most months offering ten days off.

The Cabin Crew Member is responsible for creating a positive and welcoming onboard environment. Their primary function is to ensure a pleasant and memorable journey for every passenger, leaving a lasting positive impression. Daily responsibilities include attending pre-flight briefings, completing security checks and cabin preparations, welcoming passengers, and providing assistance. They will also deliver exceptional customer service, contribute to onboard sales, and represent the airline's values. The role requires a confident individual who can manage challenging situations with a positive demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum height of 1.60 meters and at least 18 years of age.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • General Certificate of Secondary Education or equivalent, combined with experience in aviation or gastronomy.
  • Unrestricted valid passport, and for non-EU citizens, a valid residence and work permit.
  • Excellent health and visual acuity (successful aeromedical examination required per EASA standards).
  • Successful completion of a mandatory drug screening (after application success).
  • Ability to swim 100 meters continuously.
  • EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and prior flight experience are desirable.
  • Well-groomed appearance, combined with a confident and professional attitude.
