Eurowings Cabin Crew Member Opportunity
Eurowings seeks highly motivated and service-oriented Cabin Crew Members (m/f/d) based in Prague (PRG) to join our innovative Wings Pattern working model. This unique schedule ensures a minimum of nine consecutive days off each month, allowing for personal time at home, followed by a maximum of 21 consecutive days of duty, providing extensive opportunities for international travel at no personal expense. Most months will include ten consecutive days off.
Responsibilities:
As a Flight Attendant (m/f/d), you will cultivate a positive onboard atmosphere, ensuring a superior passenger experience and leaving each guest with a memorable and positive impression. Daily responsibilities include:
- Participating in pre-flight briefings to receive crucial flight information.
- Conducting essential security checks and preparing the cabin prior to boarding.
- Providing welcoming and attentive service to all guests, offering assistance as needed.
- Collaborating with the crew to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Contributing to onboard sales to enhance the overall flight experience.
- Representing Eurowings with enthusiasm and professionalism, embodying our company values.
- Effectively managing stressful situations and resolving challenges with grace and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates possess a strong work ethic, a passion for aviation, and meet the following criteria:
- Minimum height of 1.60 meters and minimum age of 18 years.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. German language proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
- General Certificate of Secondary Education or equivalent, combined with experience in aviation or the hospitality industry.
- Unrestricted valid passport; non-EU citizens must possess valid residence and work permits.
- Excellent health and visual acuity (successful completion of an aeromedical examination according to EASA requirements).
- Successful completion of a drug screening (conducted post-application during onboarding).
- Ability to swim continuously for a minimum of 100 meters.
- EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and prior flight experience are highly desirable.
- A well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
