Your Responsibilities Include:
- Pre-flight Preparation: Attend daily briefings and ensure thorough security checks and cabin preparedness before boarding.
- Guest Interaction: Welcome and assist guests onboard, providing a personalized and attentive service.
- Exceptional Service: Collaborate with the crew to deliver an outstanding service that surpasses customer expectations.
- Salesmanship: Promote on-board sales, enhancing the overall flight experience.
- Eurowings Ambassador: Enthusiastically represent Eurowings and its core values, embodying professionalism and optimism.
- Problem Solving: Address stressful and challenging situations with a calm and solutions-oriented approach.
Essential Qualifications:
- Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 1.60 meters and minimum age of 18 years.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English. German language skills are advantageous.
- Education: General Certificate of Secondary Education or Certificate of completion of compulsory basic secondary schooling, supplemented by experience in aviation or gastronomy.
- Documentation: Unrestricted valid passport and, for non-EU citizens, a valid residence and work permit.
- Medical Fitness: Satisfactory health and vision, evidenced by a positive aeromedical examination complying with EASA requirements.
- Drug Screening: Completion of a negative drug screening upon successful application.
- Swimming Ability: Ability to swim a continuous distance of at least 100 meters.
- Previous Experience (Preferred): EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and prior flight experience.
- Presentation: Well-groomed appearance and confident, professional demeanor.
