What we offer:
During basic flight attendant training:
training contract
Expense allowance during the course
Free basic training as a cabin manager at Discover as well as a corresponding training for mixed fleet flying on our A320 fleet (short/medium haul) and A330 fleet (long haul)
Free basic uniform equipment
After basic training:
24-month contract with option for permanent employment (performance-based)
Gross monthly salary: €2,200 (incl. tax-free allowance of 16.3%) per month full-time (incl. 75 block hours)
Absence allowance for business trips away from home base
Additional flight hour allowance per block hour/month:
>75h: 25.22€/h
>90h: €37.83/h
inflight sales commission
33 vacation days/year

Minimum age of 18 years
Visual acuity: max. +/-5 dioptres
Ability to swim safely
Completed school education (intermediate school leaving certificate or high school diploma preferred)
Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry would be an advantage
Unrestricted European passport
Possibility to reach the deployment location within 60 minutes if on call
Strong service orientation
Confident and well-groomed appearance
Excellent team and social skills
Fluent language skills in German and English (spoken and written), other languages preferred
Affinity for dealing with media
Internet access
Willingness to be vaccinated against Covid 19 and yellow fever
