First Officer - A320 Family "Fast Track Upgrade" - Prague
Eurowings, a prominent value carrier within the Lufthansa Group, seeks highly qualified First Officers (m/f/d) for A320-Family aircraft, based in Prague, operating on a Wings Pattern Roster. This is a unique opportunity for a "Fast Track Upgrade" to Captain. To qualify, candidates must possess an EASA ATPL(A), with a German or Austrian license being advantageous. An A320 type rating is preferred. Candidates should hold a qualification permitting access to higher education, demonstrate strong oral and written English skills (minimum ICAO Level 4), and possess a valid Medical Class I certificate. Additionally, a negative drug test, valid background check, EU citizenship or the appropriate residency and work permits, an unrestricted passport, and no accident/incident history are required. Two references from managerial or training positions within aviation are needed, alongside swimming skills for Wet Drill training.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4,000 hours of experience on aircraft exceeding 19.5 tons MTOM, with at least 350 landings on the same class of aircraft and active line flying within the last 24 months. Candidates with an A320 type rating and a minimum of 500 hours on the type (excluding simulator time) will be given preferential consideration.
