Eurowings Europe Ltd, a member of the Lufthansa Group, is actively recruiting experienced A320 Captains for several European bases, including Prague, Warsaw, Gdansk, Krakow, and Wroclaw. This role offers an exciting opportunity for qualified pilots to join a dynamic airline operating the A320 aircraft.

About the Role

The position of Captain on the A320 aircraft is available for both type-rated and non-type-rated candidates. Successful applicants will be responsible for flight preparation and execution, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations. The role emphasizes leadership, decision-making, and fostering a high-performance environment within the crew.

Requirements

• Valid EASA ATPL (A) license.
• A320 type rating is preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
• A minimum of 5,000 flight hours on aircraft exceeding 19.5 tons MTOM.
• A minimum of 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on aircraft exceeding 19.5 tons MTOM.
• Possession of an entrance qualification for advanced technical college, a senior high school degree, a university entrance exam, or an equivalent educational qualification.
• Any certificate granting access to higher education.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written, with a minimum ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4.
• Valid Medical Class I certificate.
• EU citizenship or a valid residence and work permit for Sweden, Spain, or the Czech Republic.
• An unrestricted passport validity.
• Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
