The airline offers a competitive annual package, which includes basic salary, flying pay, housing allowance, and layover and meal allowances. Pilots have the opportunity to earn up to 513,732 AED (USD 138,318) tax-free per annum based on 75 hours of flying per month. Block hour pay increases after 7 years of service.
