The airline offers a competitive annual package, which includes basic salary, flying pay, housing allowance, and layover and meal allowances. Pilots have the opportunity to earn up to 513,732 AED (USD 138,318) tax-free per annum based on 75 hours of flying per month. Block hour pay increases after 7 years of service. The Role:

The successful candidate will:

• Conduct flights in compliance with flight plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the Captain's instructions.
• Notify the Captain of any changes to the flight plan, ATC instructions, or geographical position.
• Assist the Captain with administrative duties related to the flight.
• Confirm the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining an independent check on the aircraft's geographical position and ensuring safe terrain and weather clearance.
• Maintain a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance, representing Etihad Airways professionally at all times.

What You’ll Bring:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 2500 hours total flying time.
• Minimum of 1500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit, or high-performance military jet aircraft. (Glass Cockpit: aircraft with a FMS coupled to APFDS).
• 500 hours and current on any Boeing aircraft.
• Current and unrestricted ICAO ATPL. (Frozen ATPL not accepted unless held by a UAE citizen).
• Flown any Airbus FBW within the last 12 months.
• Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical certificate.
• Strong customer focus.
• Maximum age limit of 50 years old.
• English Language Fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or higher.
• In cases where hours are accumulated on flights with in-flight relief, 75% of the total hours will be counted toward the required minimum.
