Accountabilities

Engagement:
Ensure a deep understanding of the business, specific roles and their needs

Lead service delivery
to Hiring Managers
ensure the right hire is made
in line with policy and best practice in partnership with the HRBP.

Candidate Generation:
implement, maintain and enhance (active & passive) channels to attract and bring the best candidates to Etihad.

Talent Pools:
build talent pools in key hiring areas in advance of need, ensuring only motivated and qualified professionals enter the talent pools.

Employer Brand:
represent and promote Employer Brand to ensure Etihad is positioned as a destination employer in key talent pools.

Candidate Engagement:
ensure candidates have an excellent experience of Etihad recruiting process and are able to make informed decisions to join Etihad.

Extensive
experience advertising and working with third party suppliers, career job portals and sourcing channels
