About the Role

The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing stewarding operations, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for food preparation and service areas. This includes managing staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in stewarding.
• Some supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency in sanitation, equipment handling, chemical safety, and basic inventory management.
• Fluency in both Amharic and English, spoken and written.
• An additional language is considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Competence (COC) in Hotel Operations or Food Hygiene.
• NTQF Level III qualification.
• Grade 12 education.
• Hospitality or hygiene training is an advantage.
