Responsibilities

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising and sourcing to interviewing and selection.
- Collaborating with flight operations management to understand current and future pilot staffing needs.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant aviation regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with aviation schools, training organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new pilot hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
