Envoy Air, a growing airline operating under the American Eagle brand, is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Flight Attendants based in Chicago, IL, Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, Miami, FL, or Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while delivering outstanding service across the American Airlines global network.
About the Role

Greet, assist, and direct passengers.

Ensure passenger adherence to safety regulations and federal laws.

Prioritize passenger safety and comfort.

Demonstrate professionalism and leadership in handling passenger inquiries, operational changes, and emergencies.

Provide clear instructions during emergencies and facilitate rapid evacuations if necessary.

Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors.

De-escalate challenging situations with passengers.

Administer first aid to ill or injured passengers in compliance with regulations.

Perform duties within the confined spaces of aircraft aisles and galleys.

Adapt to a dynamic work environment, including schedule and weather changes.

Contribute to on-time departures and arrivals.
Requirements

Minimum age of 18.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Height between 5'0" and 6'0" (without shoes).

Ability to fit into a jump seat harness and seat belt without modification.

Valid passport with unrestricted travel rights to all Envoy-served countries.

Eligibility to enter Canada, with no criminal history in the last five years.

Demonstrated clear and effective communication skills.

Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight trips.

Ability to push, pull, twist, turn, and lift equipment and doors of various weights.

Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.

Legal right to work in the United States.

Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).

Access to reliable high-speed internet and a device capable of downloading Microsoft Office Suite.

Basic knowledge of MS Teams and internet browsing.

Tattoos and body art must not be visible while in uniform or attending company training.

Body piercings limited to single ear piercings; other visible piercings are not permitted.

No extreme hair or nail colors or styles.

Government-issued identification must match passport name.

Willingness to attend unpaid training in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.

Willingness to relocate to an assigned Flight Attendant crew base upon completion of training.

Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks for SIDA access privileges if applicable.

Ability to secure airport security badges and clear other airport requirements.

Pass a DOT drug and/or alcohol pre-employment test.
Qualifications
-
One year of hospitality experience (hotel, restaurant, or retail) is preferred.
-
Previous experience in face-to-face customer service roles is preferred.
-
A college degree is preferred.
