» valid ATPL/EASA licence
» CPT B737 rating
» minimum flying experience TT 3000 h
» minimum command aircrew B737 TT 1000 h
» English language: ICAO level 5 minimum
» aero-medical examination class I
» nationality of one of the EU countries

» copy of licence
» copy of medical certificate
» a copy of the last page of the logbook showing
the date of the last omer flight on a B737 aircraft
