Responsibilities

Prepare and present initial, transition, upgrade, recurrent, and requalification pilot training.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Flight Training Device (FTD) and simulator training.
Ensure course content adheres to all regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with leadership, instructors, and check airmen to maintain training standardization.
Maintain accurate and error-free training records and documentation.
Ensure training facilities, including simulators, are kept clean and in optimal condition.
Stay current with Company, industry, government, and related publications to maintain knowledge of methods, procedures, policies, and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date manuals and publications.

Requirements

Currently employed by Endeavor Air as a Seniority List First Officer or Captain.
Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) License.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) in Part 121 Air Carrier Turbojet Operations.
Must be reliable and self-motivated.
Possess strong analytical, interpretive, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Parts 61, 91, and 121.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

May require wearing facial masks and adhering to safety protocols, potentially including remote work.
Involves extended periods of sitting.
Work will take place in a typical office environment and full-motion flight simulators.
Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as additional hours.
Requires some physical exertion, including pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and light lifting (not exceeding 30 lbs).
Limited travel and extended hotel stays may be required.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is USD $100.00 to USD $237.35.
