This full-time position operates from a designated home base and involves piloting ATR aircraft. The role includes ensuring aircraft safety, managing flight conditions, communicating with air traffic control and dispatch, and supervising staff.

Conducting safe, efficient, compliant, and professional flight operations.

Monitoring flight conditions, including weather and cargo safety, and making go/no-go decisions.

Verifying fuel requirements, related weather variables, and ensuring proper aircraft loading.

Making alternate destination decisions when necessary.

Maintaining command during unexpected circumstances and ensuring clear communication with all relevant parties.

Filing required FAA reports and documenting any unusual aircraft behavior.

Accurately recording flight hours and adhering to FAA rest requirements and company directives.

Supervising and evaluating staff.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulations, company policies, procedures, manuals, and handbooks.

Serving as a positive and communicative leader.

Reviewing company correspondence and submitting reports and expense reports accurately and on time.

Serving as a role model for ethical behavior and supporting the company's mission.
Requirements

ATP certificate with Multi-Engine Land (MEL) rating.

First-class medical certificate.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Adherence to the company's FAA/DOT required Drug and Alcohol Program.

Fixed-wing flight experience minimums:

2500 hours Total Time (TT)

1000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC)

1000 hours Multi-Engine Land (MEL)

300 hours turbine/turboprop

500 hours crew time

Part 121.436 Pilot Qualification.

Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) currency and proficiency.
